Our mixed ability mat classes are open to all ages and abilities. I am passionate about the restorative qualities of Pilates for both body and mind and keep class sizes small to ensure I can support each individual to move in the way that best supports their body.
For the days when gentle movement is the medicine your body needs our more gentle mat based class focuses on the principles of the Pilates, mobility and stretching to leave you feeling strong, supple and in tune with your body.
And if you want to work on strength, balance and connection without getting down to the mat I also offer chair based classes - using the principles of Pilates and adapting the original mat exercises to keep you mobile and strong without the need to get up and down off the floor.
