Hi! I am a certified Pilates instructor based in the Chichester area.
I am passionate about the restorative and strengthening qualities of Pilates and keep my class sizes small so I can support you to achieve the best technique and gain the maximum benefit.
Every class is open to all ages and abilities with multiple levels built in to the exercises to enable you to progress at your own pace.
